ON-SHORE USES
(Total concentration - 300 PPM BASED ON TOTAL FLOW/VOLUME)
- 1. Well Stimulation (bullhead the well to push out Glochem 3000 around near wellbore in perforation zones to increase production).
- 2. Production Well (continuous downhole injection via the backside of the well). The most preferred injection point is the furthest point upstream.
- 3. Pipelines (injection points can be established at any point along the pipeline to reduce and eventually remove legacy build up, lower pressures and wetting the infrastructure, as a bonding film forms to provide a reduction in drag).
- 4. Processing Plants (can inject directly into problem points in the plant but optimally these will be removed by injecting our an-ionic charge soap solution upstream).
- 5. Storage Tanks (tank cleaning can be expedited by adding 300 PPM based on the current settled bottom volume and begin circulating the tank, while continuing to produce into the tank with 300 PPM injected at the inlet point. Heavies will resuspend in the oil phase, gases are released to the top of the tank, water falls out below the oil and sands fall to the bottom of the tank for future removal once the tank has been emptied and degassed prior to entry).
- 6. Transportation Vessels (land, rail and sea vessels will be thoroughly cleaned by having oil with traces of Glochem 3000 in the oil during transport).
- 7. Oil & Water Retention Ponds (add 300 PPM, based on volume, to oil & water retention ponds to separate the water and oil , and releases the sands to reduce infrastructure damage and maintenance costs, and leave the sand in the ponds and the oil sands, so the oil can be processed sand free).
- 8. Injection Wells (Glochem 3000 is water soluble and so the majority of the 300 PPM concentration will remain in the water phase to be pushed back into the formation via the injection wells to keep them clean and free flowing, and to promote the 4-part separation in the formation).
- 9. SAGD (Glochem 3000 is not negatively affected by extreme heat and will help immensely with 4-part separation in the formation).
